Innovative Training for Aircraft Mechanics at EME Aero Campus
With the constant development of the aviation sector, the demand for highly skilled aircraft mechanics is constantly growing. However, theoretical knowledge is one thing; unquestionable support in acquiring and developing technical skills is provided through practice. Beginners can acquire this by training for aircraft engine and repairs mechanics, quality inspectors, and Test Cell operators at the EME Aero Campus, the training center of EME Aero.
Advanced Training Environment at EME Aero Campus
To meet the ever-increasing number of engines serviced at our facility and ensure the qualitative acquisition of qualifications by the EME Aero team, we opened our own training center in March 2023. Thanks to this, we separated the main service operations from the training process and created a space dedicated to the broad development of OJT (On the Job Training) for our employees.
The EME Aero Campus, with a total area of 4,000 m2, faithfully reproduces the main facility – its processes, infrastructure, and equipment. Within it, we have installed, among other things, an innovative tooling system for lifting, assembly, and disassembly of engines. Thanks to it, employees learn how to standardize these processes to shorten service time and improve ergonomics. But that’s not all.
The Campus was designed with optimal adaptation to the training needs of aircraft and repairs mechanics, quality inspectors, and Test Cell operators in mind. Two GTF training engines that employees can train with, enable practical learning of the operation as well as repair of the latest propulsion units.

Training for Mechanics at EME Aero
The innovative nature of the EME Aero Campus training program includes:
- a language part preparing for work with technical documentation in English,
- a theoretical part that provides comprehensive knowledge of engine construction,
- a practical part during which employees learn all modules and parts of PW1100 and PW1150 engines.
As a result, the EME Aero Campus is not only a place of learning but also a central point of integration for new employees with experienced staff. It’s worth mentioning that all parts of training are conducted under the supervision of skilled EME Aero trainers. This strategic approach ensures high-quality standards and builds solid foundations for the further development of our facility.
The final element of the introductory training at the Campus is the participation of new employees in the Quality Escape Room. In a specially designed puzzle room, and with the support of the Quality Department, a group of employees must solve a series of tasks and puzzles to find the way out. The key to leaving the room is quality.

Training for Aircraft Mechanics Is Not The End!
Training at EME Aero does not end with completing the Campus. To strive for continuous development of the team’s skills, we also offer the opportunity to participate in advanced specialized courses and continuous professional growth.
We invest in the linguistic development of our employees and financially support their further education through higher or postgraduate studies, as well as internal and external training (seminars, workshops, etc.).
And that’s not all! See what else we offer.
