Groundbreaking ceremony for the second EME Aero Test Cell
We are growing! Last week we officially began construction of the second Test Cell.
Last week we officially began construction of the second Test Cell. On November 8th we held the symbolic groundbreaking ceremony.
The foundation of another Test Cell means the possibility of testing more engines, which in turn will involve broadening our service capabilities and increasing employment.
Completion of construction and investment commissioning is scheduled for the second half of 2025. The test chamber will be adapted to test all the GTF engine types we service: PW1100G-JM, PW1500G and PW1900G.
Along with EME Aero’s existing Test Cell, the new facility will be one of the largest and most modern aircraft engine test chambers.
We thank the entire project team involved in the test cell construction and commissioning project!
