EME Aero Compliance Program


In 2019, we introduced the EME Aero Compliance Management System, tailored to our company’s needs and shaped by the compliance systems of both Shareholders: Lufthansa Technik and MTU Aero Engines.
The EME Aero Compliance Programme currently consists of Integrity, Competition and Trade Compliance and applies to all EME Aero employees as part of the Lufthansa Technik Group.


Integrity Compliance

The procedure ‘Guidelines on gifts, invitations and other donations’ is a set of basic guidelines for the prevention of corrupt practices and rules of conduct for EME Aero employees in the acceptance, granting and transfer of gifts, invitations or other forms of tangible and/or intangible benefits.

Competition Compliance

As a leading global company in the aircraft engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) sector, operating in a wide range of business areas and being part of the Lufthansa Technik Group, EME Aero has a real responsibility to act in accordance with the law and to maintain fair competition in the relevant markets.

Trade complience

Export control is an area of activity aimed at ensuring compliance with international trade requirements for products, technical data, technologies, services and software.

Internal reporting process – Protecting whistleblowers

EME Aero has implemented and adopted the Internal Notification Procedure. The Procedure was established under the Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers.

The purpose of EME Aero’s Procedure is to protect whistleblowers as defined by the Act, to quickly detect irregularities that may occur in our organisation and thus to reduce legal risks, financial or image damage.

Ways in which Signallers can submit reports:

  • in writing in paper form – by sending the Application to the address of EME Aero Sp. z o.o. Jasionka 949, 36-002 Jasionka with the notation ‘Sygnalista’ on the dispatch note
  • in writing in electronic form at the address whistleblower@eme-aero.com
  • verbally – in the form of a direct meeting.

Electronic Whistleblowing System – #SpeakUp – WeCare

As a leading global company in the aircraft engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) sector, operating in a number of business areas and being part of the Lufthansa Technik Group, EME Aero has a real responsibility to act lawfully and to maintain fair competition in the relevant markets. Any EME Aero employee can use the Lufthansa Technik – #SpeakUp – WeCare system and report a violation.

Ombudsman – Anonymus Reporting Line

Ombudsman – Anonymous whistleblowing line. EME Aero as part of Lufthansa Group Compliance is introducing an ombudsman system. In order to enable the anonymous reporting of potential offences or violations of laws or rules applicable to our business, EME Aero has established an ombudsman system as part of the Lufthansa Group Compliance system.
