Changes in the Management Board of EME Aero
As of 1st of July changes in the Management Board of EME Aero took place. After more than two and a half years, Dr. Ulf Reinmoeller, Member of the Management Board and Managing Director of Business (CEO), returns to the structure of Lufthansa Technik in Hamburg, where he takes up the position of Head of the Engine Disassembly, Assembly and Test. At the same time, Robert Maślach, who has been a Member of the Management Board responsible for the operational area since 2020, is appointed to position of Member of the Management Board, Managing Director for Business (CEO). The function of Member of the Management Board and Managing Director for Operations (COO) is appointed to Anneke Tröller.
Robert Maślach has been associated with EME Aero since the organization’s commencement. From 2017, as a representative of MTU Aero Engines, he was part of the project team, participating in the establishment and construction of EME Aero. In the years 2018 – 2020 he was acting as Supply Chain Director. In June 2020, he was appointed to the position of Member of the Management Board and for the last four years he has acting as a Company’s Managing Director for Operations.
Before starting work at EME Aero, he was associated with MTU Aero Engines Polska for over 10 years, where he worked in various areas of logistics and production (including as Logistics Manager, Module Assembly Manager and Company Expansion Project Manager). He has many years of professional experience, which he gained in the aviation and automotive industries.
As a Member of the Management Board responsible for the EME Aero business area, Robert will manage the Finance, HR and Communication, IT, Quality, Customer Service and Maintenance and Infrastructure departments.
Anneke Tröller joins EME Aero from Lufthansa Technik. She has many years of experience in the aviation industry and an international airline group. For the last six years, she has been associated with the Lufthansa Group at Swiss Airlines, where for four years she held the position of Senior Director Head of Process Management TFM Engineering Group Airlines.
Prior to that, for the previous seven years she was connected with Swiss Airlines on the different engineering positions.
Anneke has technical, process and engineering background and knowledge, and has both operational and business experience.
As a Member of the Management Board, responsible for the EME Aero operational area, Anneke will manage the DAT (Disassembly, Assembly and Test of Engines), CIR – Chemical Cleaning, Inspection and Repair, Supply Chain, Technology, Production Planning and Lean Management departments.
