Training Center

Your development at EME Aero

The training provider for EME Aero is Lufthansa Technical Training, a leading provider of training programs for the aviation industry. We train in our company and our shareholders' facilities in Germany. We have a modern Training Centre located in Panattoni Park Rzeszów (Jasionka), where our employees are trained under the supervision of Lufthansa Technical Training instructors and EME Aero internal trainers. Opened in September 2018 center was created to enable the development, education and improvement of qualifications and practical competences of EME Aero employees. The facility is provided with specialist equipment and tools, which allows to provide similar conditions as in the service centre for GTF PW series engines. Our employees go through a series of comprehensive theoretical and practical courses to prepare for work. The duration, type of training and its course depends on the type of position taken. Trainings last up to 15 months and include four modules:

  • theoretical training (including aviation regulations, engine construction, English language course),
  • training in mechanical processing (the scope of training depends on the employee's skills and previous experience),
  • practical training (carried out on training engines - disassembly and reassembly of the engine),
  • OJT (on the job training) conducted in Germany, at the plants of our shareholders, Lufthansa Technik and MTU Aero Engines.
